Vanessa Hudgens says she is "still hurt" by the naked pictures that were leaked of her three years ago. The "High School Musical" star had topless photos of her circulated across the blogosphere back in 2007 when she was only 18-years-old.

In a recent interview with Glamour magazine she discussed how she felt about the pictures, saying, "I think it has made me stronger, but it still hurts." She went on to say:

"It sucks because [the photos were] supposed to be private, but at the same time a lot of actresses do it [in movies]. Eventually, I'm sure that I will [too]. But I don't know if I would be able to do it now."

ACTRESS Vanessa Hudgens is still reeling from a series of nude photographs leaked to the public, but says the scandal made her "stronger."The pictures - at the height of the High School Musical craze - exposed her bare flesh to the world in 2007 and 2009.

The 21-year-old's good girl image was tarnished by the saucy snaps, which she allegedly took as a naughty treat for boyfriend and High School Musical co-star Zac Efron. In 2007, pictures taken of Hudgens posing provocatively both nude and in lingerie appeared online - forcing the Disney star to issue a public apology, and she hit headlines again last year when she found herself at the centre of another naked photo scandal, when new snaps circulated online. And Hudgens is still coping with the thought of intimate photos surfacing for the world to see. "I think it has made me stronger. But it still hurts. It sucks because (the photos were) supposed to be private," she tells US magazine Glamour.

The former Disney star Vanessa Hudgens is facing a some unfortunate rumors much like every other celebrity. However she recently decided to pose with some very cute kittens for the front cover of the August edition of Glamor magazine. Maybe doing productive photoshoots are helping her get away from the stresses of ridiculous rumors transpiring around her character.

She also had a matching beaded belt and very cute jeans that were a part of Mag’s special denim issue. Vanessa always know what works and what doesn’t and she looks absolutely beautiful in this picture.She released some statements where she commented that dressing up and trying to look sexy isn’t the only thing that works though. She says she wants to try some other outfits and activities like surfing and kiting. She even gave everyone some insight as to what makes her feel good, commenting that listening to the blues helps her relax and feel better.

Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron give into the cheering crowd and exchange a quick peck on the lips during the 2010 MTV Movie Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre at Universal Studios.

In related news, Miss Hudgens recently chatted with press about the demanding duties required for her upcoming movie, "Beastly". She tells, "The last scene in the movie when something happens that is very tragic, the director had me crying and sobbing for 14 hours straight. It was so hard. At the end of the day I was like ‘Oh, I just wanna go to bed!’”

It was just announced last week that Vanessa Hudgens will be taking the stage as Mimi in RENT at the Hollywood Bowl later this summer.

Neil Patrick Harris, who stars as Vanessa’s costar in Beastly and will also direct the summer run, caught up with On The Red Carpet to chat about his newest cast member.

He shared on why she got the role, “Vanessa is awesome, she’s a real good friend. I got to watch her during Beastly and as I was watching her, I thought she’d be a great Mimi. I asked her to come in and sing to make sure she had the chops for it. She seemed very committed and great. We haven’t started rehearsals yet but time will tell.”

Vanessa told press, "I have a movie called 'Sucker Punch' coming out in 2011 that Zack Snyder directed, and I'm very excited about it because I finally get to be an extreme bada** and kick butt." "I get to shoot a .50-cal gun, which is a gun that's on the back of a tank that's in the Army. It's intense. It's just the most thrilling thing a person can ever do is shoot that gun."

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Vanessa will be feated at the 2010 ShoWest gala honoring the Hollywood’s brightest stars. Alongside Vanessa, her “Beastly” costar Alex Pettyfer  will receive an award as well, making the duo the official female and male Stars of Tomorrow.

Back in June, we first revealed what Alex was going to look like as the "monster" in "Beastly," and then in November came the first teaser trailer for the teen horror flick. Not many details have been released about the storyline, so even after we watched the trailer, we were still left in wonderment. "This is my story," Alex Pettyfer says in his voiceover in the video, "and this is my curse. Who am I? I'm you. Your ugliness, inside out." Vanessa chimes in, "I always knew there was something more to him" — and that about sums it up.
